Firefighter Guest Visit During Careers Week

As part of our Careers Week, Josh and Rosalie, two serving firefighters with a combined 50 years on the job, came to present to Year 8s in assembly this morning.
They provided some brilliant insights into the life of a firefighter, the skills needed, and what you will need to be a success.


Students were exceptional during this assembly, asked some brilliant questions, and many of our students are now taking about this as a possible career.
Rosalie was especially persuasive with the girls in the year, explaining how this is a brilliant career for women as well as men.
