Careers Webinar
Yesterday we had our first 'Careers Webinar'
This saw 12 students from Years 10-13 involved in a brilliant careers Q&A with volunteers from CapGemini, one of our corporate partners.
Students were given the opportunity to hear from Josh and Emily, who both work in different areas at CapGemini. Students got a brilliant, first-hand insight into a career in Business and Technology, how they can make themselves attractive to potential employers, and the skills they should be looking to develop if they want to make themselves employable and successful. Some excellent and thoughtful questions were asked, and students gained a huge amount from this 45 min session.
There will be many more of these taking place in the coming weeks.
