Career Adaptability & Flexibility by Sarah Cokayne

On Thursday 11th June, Sarah Cokayne, Head of Operations at Marks and Spencers, shared with students her insights into Career Adaptability and Flexibility. Students asked several great questions and learned how important it will be to be able to adapt and be resilient when they enter the labour market. Sarah kindly shared these slides with us and they are well worth a look!
