Most Able Trip to Cambridge

Two weeks ago, ten Y10 students went on a daytrip to Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University. On this trip they were introduced to the university applications and interview process and then held a debate session, before having lunch in the college canteen with the current students. They were then taken on a tour of the grounds by current undergraduates, and then had the opportunity to dig deeper into life at Cambridge with a Q&A with a panel of current students. The day culminated in a careers session which connected higher education to the wealth of job opportunities, exploring the many pathways they can take.
